After 24 hours, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
2.Shipping & Delivery

Please note that unexpected delays may occur due to customs or local couriers. We kindly ask for your patience and understanding.
3.Lost or Damaged Packages
In the rare event that your package is lost during shipping, we will resend your order at no additional cost to you.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact our customer service within 48 hours with photos of the product and packaging so we can assist you promptly.
4.Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted for defective or incorrect items.
To request an exchange, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.
